| JOAN MCCOURT
- Joan, whose primary experience is in the field of
individual and organization development, founded McCourt
Associates 12 years ago. Joan has 25 years of experience as a
sales manager and business consultant. Prior to starting
McCourt, she was a Vice President of Sales with Wilson Learning
and General Manager of North American Operations for
Kepner-Tregoe, both worldwide leaders in training and
development. She was featured twice in Working Women magazine
for her business accomplishments.
BOB DAVIS - Bob brings 30 years of sales, training and consulting experience to his clients. His background includes selling technology systems through financial analysis. As a senior consultant for McCourt Associates, Bob frequently designs and delivers large scale international sales meeting presentations for a variety of technology and service industries. His unique ability to enable participants to apply learning on the job has helped many companies shorten the sales cycle and increase their closing ratio.

CYNDI WALSH - Cyndi’s passion and experience has focused on coaching individuals to be as authentic and effective I front of a group as they are in a one on one communication. Her background is in Education, Counseling, and Coaching. Cyndi’s successful career in the presentation skills business enables her to meet the diverse needs of clients from the boardroom to the classroom. An accomplished salesperson, she is at her every best assisting sales teams create and effectively deliver high impact, customer focused presentations.
JERRY COMEAU - Jerry had over 25 years of sales and sales management experience in the insurance industry prior to joining McCourt. He was recognized by Traveler’s Insurance as achieving the most quotas in the company’s history, including sales quotas and leadership objectives. Jerry focuses passionately on his participants in the classroom by adding personal coaching and consulting to his work.
MARIA WARDWELL
- Maria is a high energy, results oriented business
professional with 20 years of progressive accomplishments.
Prior to joining McCourt, Maria spent 12 years at
Bank of Boston in a variety of positions. She played
a key role in the development and implementation of
business strategies targeted at improving customer
service efforts. She brings a clear understanding
of group dynamics and an expertise in interpersonal
communications to the classroom.
LISA WHITTHOEFFT
- Lisa joined McCourt shortly after the company was
founded. She currently serves as Director of Operations
where she manages both financial and technological
functions.
KATHY ROPA
- As Director of Customer Service, Kathy is a familiar
voice to most McCourt clients. In addition to her
customer responsibilities, Kathy also manages our
public seminar business.
